Meeting Plan

Time: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Location: Hall 8, Melbourne Exhibition Center for this time because the company’s meeting rooms will not available on that day.
Attendees: CEO of the company 12 section managers included 2 managers from interstate and 3 managers via teleconference. PURPOSE
Plan to make the high performance of all sections in the company with the new technology enhance.
OBJECTIVES
Discussion regarding the Committee of the developing idea and the new strategic need for 2013.
Meeting style: It will be held in the face-to-face conference style, question may be asked but not actively to participate.
Participates Contacting
All participates have been contacted via email and almost of them reply, there are 2 managers from interstate and 3 managers will not attend but they prefer to meeting via teleconference. The rests have to confirm within 2 weeks.
Tool
The administrator of Melbourne Exhibition Center has been asked for the visual accessories included video conference, projector, wifi and other visual accessories that will be needed on the meeting.
Catering
Tea brake will be held by Fresh Bake, Muffin and drinks ( juices, coffee, tea, etc.)
Lunch will be prepared by Suffiany Restaurant at the conference place by 12:30 a.m.
Security
Be Priority Security company will be hired for all security system in the meeting.
Parking
Parking has been booked for all participants.
