1. PURPOSE OF THE PLAN
Organize the group that is in charge of promoting a school graduation party to celebrate among students who have successfully met the extracurricular requirements for graduation. The graduate students are allowed to invite a closed number of guests. The ceremony provides in a specific venue which graduating students receive their diplomas, enjoying dinner and beverages, marking their official graduation from EIP.
2. PROJECT PURPOSE
Organize the EIP Graduation Party 2013, with a focus on the welfare of graduate students and their families with the teachers and staff from the school.
3. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES • Promote a graduation party to EIP students at the end of 2013 in Surfers Paradise, ensuring good level of quality and low price • Provide venue to celebrate the graduation, dinner and party • Facilitates coordination and information sharing both internal and external to the participating members • Enhances the ability and effectiveness of team members to perform their jobs • Facilitates coordinated risk prevention and mitigation • Provides an open, flexible, guide to team members conduct the tasks • Promote to students high quality of services and treatment • Supply information about prices, materials, venue and entertainment when students need help • Reduce costs of venue, entertainment and materials
