You are to complete the tasks for the Manage Your Health, Inc. (MYH) case study. The case study continues on page 456, at the back of Chapter 11.
Read the case description and specifications and complete the tasks listed on pages 456-457. Use the discussion area to discuss the tasks with your fellow students. You can use the discussion area for brainstorming, verify your understanding of the task requirements and direction to take in coming up with a solution to the tasks.
Each of you is required to submit a solution to the assigned tasks. You can assimilate whatever you think is important from the discussions into your solution. This provides you with the advantage of sharing ideas and problem solving approaches with the experience of completing each assignment individually.

Case
Tony and his team identified some risks during the first month of the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project. However, all they did was document them in a list. They never ranked them or developed any response strategies. Since several problems have been occurring on the project, such as key team members leaving the company, users being uncooperative, and team members not providing good status information, Tony has decided to be more proactive in managing risks. He also wants to address positive as well as negative risks.
1. Create a risk register for the project, using Table 11-5 and the data below it as a guide. Identify six potential risks, including risks related to the problems described above. Include negative and positive risks.
2. Plot the six risks on a probability/impact matrix, using Figure 11-7. Also assign a numeric value for the probability and impact of each risk on meeting the main project objective. Use a scale of 1
