Course Purpose and Objectives
This is a foundation course in the MBA program which covers all those functions and duties performed by modern managers and CEOs in today’s complex organizations. This course views managerial planning and decisio ns, functions and principles as an integral part of an organization management and as a process to be performed by managers regardless of their level, specialty and position.
At the end of the course the student should be able to understand and participate in corporate decision making and carry out various managerial functions with less difficulty. At the same time students are expected to display knowledge in general management and be able to lead and govern organizations of the 21 st Century.
