PREFACE
The project report “Management of Bank Al-Falah” is about the all views of its management, including the current & past over all progress & process of Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling.
The process which is being followed & running presently, of Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling and Position of whole Organization in our Nation are also being discussed in detail in this report.

During the completion of the project report “Management of Bank Al-Falah”, We have learned a lot about the functions, feasibility and culture of Bank Al-Falah. For this report we had visited the “College Road – Branch” of Bank Al-Falah and it was a new and learning experience for us, when we were asking the questions to the Branch-Manager.
