1.0 Introduction
Apple Inc. Is an American Multinational Corporation which specialises in the manufacturing, designing and selling of Electronics/Software/ IT services and etc. It is an established company which was founded in 1976. Since then it has grown to be a successful leading company in its industry.

2.0 S.W.O.T Analysis
Strengths
-One of the current leading innovator in Mobile phones. (Following the success of it iPhone series)
-Brand reputation ( Apple’s branding is known worldwide)
-Strong financial performance

-Incompatibility of software ( Apple uses an independent Operating system that does not allow cross interaction with other Operating systems)
-Change in management ( Following the recent passing of former CEO Steve Jobs, Apple’s new CEO is Tim Cook)

Opportunities
-Increasing growth of Smartphone and tablet markets (There is a high demand for tablets and Smartphones globally, as they are a convenience for people’s hectic lifestyles)
-Large demand for Apple’s iPad mini and iPhone 5S (The high demand of both of this products will help increase Apple’s market share)

Threats
-Strong competition from Android OS (The Android Operating system is a direct competitor for iOS and its growth will prevent more customers from using the iOS)
- Constant need to upgrade and innovate for new products (To meet the demands of consumers as well as to have a competitive edge over their competitors, Apple is pressured to come up with better products faster and faster)
-Increasing pay for Foxconn employees (Foxconn is the main manufacturer of Apple products and and increase in their pay will mean an increase in cost for Apple)
