1. Introduction
In the field of business management, quality is something important no matter what business is involved. Generally, quality is about meeting or exceeding customers need and expectation. No matter pass decade or now, business owner will always make sure they deliver the best quality of product and service for their customer.
The beginning of 21st century has been a fluctuated wave for all economic activity in the world. Most of the experts agree that quality, in all over the world, is the dominant factor in the success of Japanese companies in world market. It’s the facts that we can’t denied about the way Japanese companies manage quality improvement.
In Japan, the internal marketplace is dominant and competition is fierce. This means that the companies need to be completely dedicated to satisfy customer or else undertaken by the competition. “The customer always comes first” is the term used by organizations to describe their market-oriented spirit.
