A. Briefly explain how globalization have an impact on a National economy
Countries once largely confined their economic activities within their national boundaries, having virtually no trade links outside its borders. Such may be due to various reasons that may fit into those eras. Due to differences in geography, some countries produced some goods in surplus while having shortage in other goods.
The importance of globalization came to being after the end of World War II and followed by a new era of industrialization. Industrial output from developed nations such as United States, countries of the Western Europe and Japan fueled world economy along with the abundance of petroleum from the Middle East. New nations emerged as “developing nations” with thriving light industries that required enormous amounts of raw
