PROBLEM:
Air crash of Air India leading to the deaths of lots of people including small children as well as infants.
OBJECTIVE:
To give justice to the families of victims of the Mangalore tragedy. ALTERNATIVES:
1) TRY TO AVOID HUMAN ERROR –
One of the causes for the horrifying mishap is negligence on the part of pilot which was drunk and was sleeping when suddenly the mishap occurred. The Civil Aviation Minister should see that staff should be in good condition as it is the matter of lives of so many innocent people.
The CAM should also see to it that such mishaps do not take place in future.
2) ALLOW COMPENSATION TO THE FAMILIES OF THE VICTIMS –
The Civil Aviation Minister should give compensation to the families of the victims who lost their lives in the air crash. It will be like a blessing for the families which will help them to live their livelihood.
3) BUILDING UP A SLOPE AT THE END OF RUNWAY –
The Civil Aviation Minister should give permission of building a slope at the end of the runway because even if any problems arrives while the landing of the plane it will not cross the runway because of the slope and such mishaps can be prevented.
4) PENALIZE THE AIRLINE COMPANY –
The Civil Aviation Minster should penalize the company as the crash occurred due to their negligence and carelessness. Case should be filed against the airline company and strict action should be taken so that such carelessness is not repeated in future.
5) REDESIGN THE AIRPORT-
Redesign the airport by changing the structure of the airport like by putting more warning lights, construction of slope, terminals etc. which will prevent aircraft accidents
6) PROVIDING JOBS TO THE FAMILIES OF VICTIMS –
The Civil Aviation Minister should provide them with jobs. As it is the responsibility of the company because the mishap took place because of their negligence and carelessness.
