Unfortunately in the last three months since his discectomy for his lower back problem, his sleep in now the worst that it has ever been. He has taken to sleeping in a separate room from his wife and he is sleeping on a camping bed, but he is looking at purchasing a new bed very soon. He will go to bed at 10.30pm and believes that he essentially tossed and turns until 6.30am, not entering deep sleep at any stage. He does believe that he avoids supine sleep.
