What and why was there a need or use of a stool. It all began in 1749, when a Swiss woman named Maria Schitonstool got a great idea (dynasty business). At this time in her life she was struggling to make ends meet, due to her gambling addiction. She had reached a point where she could not afford to keep her home heated in the winter, and had to resort to burning furniture as a heat source. In the process of doing this it became apparent to her that she would no longer have a place to sit and enjoy the warmth, since her chairs now were engulfed in flames. Knowing that she needed to stay warm Maria choose to saw the backs of her chairs off and add them to the fire, which left the seat portion as a decent place to sit. A stool is composed of four legs that braces the seat portion. Without the legs the stool has no use. A leg could also break which would leave the stool wobbling and unsafe. This concept also relates to friendship in the aspect that a true friendship has loyalty, trust, reliance, and happiness. If any of the four ideas are overlooked then the friendship will fall apart, leaving each person to fend for themselves. In a figurative aspect the stool then leaves the person sprawled out on the floor. Hence, the fact that stability is the foundation of
