a. Strengths
• Only resto bar sa location; first mover
• For all ages, as well a family talaga (conservative bar)
• Accepts reservations on all occasions
• Quality and quantity of food at affordable prices
• High-Quality of service; very approachable, accommodating and hospitable employees
• Bar Capacity: 30 relaxed, 40 maximum
• Employees with talents (they can sing(sinadya talaga nila), some customers nagrerequest para kumanta sila on stage)
• Hands-on yung family sa business, everyday nandun sila to check ung status ng bar, even si ate Precious (kahit nagaaral siya) Brother niya nag-aral ng bartending for the sake of their bar drinks, shakes and all.
• May background na sila sa business (since may pizza house na sila 3 years ago pa)
• Good place for all, even sa kids, tapat nila bahay ng kapitan
