Marion Lenore Monologue
The morning grey skies arises from the dark. The fresh Irish sea bashes along the coastline. The surviving snowflakes fall slowly in the coldness of day.
The echoing voice could be heard.
"Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me' Random strangers gathered around; Paying there respects for someone they never knew. A young boy stands in- front of the strangers; Watching a coffin get carried towards the gaping hole. The snow falls like ashes upon the coffin as its dropped within the ground. The boy watches without blinking but holds in the emotions. The priest ends the funeral with a few final words. "We therefore commit Marion Lenore's body to the ground; earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust; in the sure and certain hope of the Resurrection to eternal life."
One by one people leave but the boy remains as the rain began to fall. He carries a bright red rose towards the coffin and softly lets it go and watches it fall almost gracefully upon the coffin.
A man approaches the boy from behind slowly and places his hand upon the boy's shoulder "She's in a better place now David; There's nothing anyone could've done. It's time to go now" he whispered. He leads the boy

It was like being on a roller coaster that wouldn't end but thankfully this did. They rushed out; stretching their legs and wondering about trying to survive the aftermath of the car sickness that slowly emerged. "Welcome home'' He stated as he strolled in leaving the three to eventually follow in behind as he topped up the baccy in his pipe. The house looked a little slanted but just ever so slightly.
