11) Will Peter’s performance increase? I you were Peter, would you increase your performance?
-Peter’s performance will not increase, because other than still having to deal with his personal problems, he now has to deal with his supervisor on his neck trying to fire him. If I were Peter I would take my time at home and figure out how to deal with my personal problems, and figure out how to keep any issues I have away from work, increasing my job performance.
12) Yes I had a supervisor with Susan’s attitude. If I was in Susan’s position, I would take time to talk to Peter and figure out what it is that’s bothering him. I would try to advise him the best way I can and I would also advise him to keep his issues separate from work to avoid any inconveniences in the future.
13) If I was in Tim’s position I would train Susan on how to communicate better with employees so that she can avoid the hassle of firing employees all the time.
