Mark Zuckerberg Vs. Winklevoss Twins
Mark Zuckerberg vs Winklevoss twins is a victory for Mark. The Winklevoss twins never had their website created, they had an idea but no physical site. Mark made a site similar to them but it was his own idea. In the film the Winklevoss twins brought up in the Harvard student handbook that a student cannot steal another students idea, this point was denied because it was not a University issue. In the film the twins came to Mark to have him construct their site, if the twins were smart enough they wouldn’t leave a very good idea with a capable individual to steal and make something out of it. In a courtroom I think Mark Zuckerberg can win the case versus the Winklevoss twins. The twins sued Mark because they claimed that he stole their website

During the 2007-2008 season, LeBron James averaged 30 points, 7 assists, 8 rebounds, and 3 steals per game. Throughout the 1986-1987 season Michael Jordan averaged 37 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 14 field goals per game. Although both James and Jordan are argued to be the most talented players of their generation, there are many differences that set them apart. For example, their experience before the NBA, the awards they won, and which teams they played on.…

Today in the NBA there is no question who the best player in the league is. Anybody in his or her right mind will say that it’s LeBron James. The small forward has dominated the league since he entered it in 2003. It is a very valid argument that LeBron could be the best player of all time, but it’s hard to tell if he will. It’s not possible to really compare their careers until LeBron first finishes his. Once LeBron is finished with his great career we can debate who is better. Thus far in LeBron’s career, however, he doesn’t compare to the shooting guard that goes by the name of Michael Jordan, not yet.…

Today’s economy and the increased unemployment rate have made the average American household drastically change their spending habits. The average household has to function on surviving with less. Which brings me to my topic. We have become a savvier shopper; ultimately looking for the establishment can offer the most for our money with out sacrificing quality. We have become “bargain shoppers”. When I think of a discount store two major companies come to mind Target and Wal-Mart. The merchandise and services provided are pretty much comparable. Many of its customer population shops there for two simply reasons one is out of loyalty and the other being it’s a preference.…

Alan Wolfe firmly believes that liberalism and socialism are not the same and it’s ludicrous to think that they are. Wolfe uses President Obama as his prime examples in comparing how these philosophies are indeed different, almost opposites.…

During the 1800’s, two men started as poor, working class citizens with a dream, a dream to become wealthy and be able to support their families. Both of these men made their dreams come true by ruthless tactics and sometimes were looked down on. These two men were Andrew Carnegie and John Rockefeller, the original entrepreneurs of America. Both men acquired mass fortunes and lived extravagant lives after they had retired, but they used their money for good; they helped fund multiple charities, build libraries, hospitals and colleges. Even when they were amassing their fortunes they were helping the common man, they created thousands upon thousands of jobs, some of which were low wages for long hours, but it got the food on the table for these men. I believe that what Andrew Carnegie and John Rockefeller did bettered America, not just then but now as well.…

Does the world want another Adolf Hitler? Adolf Hitler was responsible for thousands of deaths of innocent people, both adults and children. Donald J. Trump resembles Adolf Hitler in the way they rose to power and the way they choose to run the country. For example, they both proposed mass deportations of a particular race and rose to power. However, their childhood lives were much different. Adolf Hitler was an orphan who was very lost in childhood and especially poor. However, Donald J. Trump is an entrepreneur who is known for big business, yet he decided to step into the world of politics. He did in fact win the presidency, but controversy has already begun. Donald Trump should not be president of the United States because he deceives people,…

Transformational Leadership is a process that changes and transforms people. It is concerned with emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long-term goals. It includes assessing followers’ motives, satisfying their needs and treating them as full human beings (1). President Obama is a transformational leader in my opinion; his great vision and management skills help him develop a strong emotional bond with his followers. The vision that he wanted to get across to his followers in his first election was “change” (2), President Obama was so passionate with his vision for where he wanted the country to be in four years that it was hard not to follow him on his path. Whereas in this election it wasn 't so much about “change” (2) but giving him another four years to make all those promises about the economy come true (3). President Obama is so passionate about what he says that you can look at him and know his believes it with all his heart, that is why many of his followers from his first election still supported him in this election because of the way he motivates them and is able to connect with the lower class of America and get their votes. President Obama was able to appeal to his followers and their sense of a higher purpose in this country by giving them a voice in the White House. President Obama was able to appeal so well to these followers because of his skin color and the idea of him wanting to help the lower to middle class when no other President have done so much as he has for these classes.…

The Affordable Health Care Act is a very in-depth process. The changes to the health care system were attempted to be passed in prior years by Bill Clinton. However, it failed at this time and was implemented in the United States by the current president Barack Obama. The Congress diversity of Democrats vs. Republican’s was very similar in both Clintons and Obamas time in office. There were many steps that were taken in creating this policy, and some of those steps succeeded, and some of those steps failed. Any new process would be expected to have some issues to work through as it was created. The Affordable Health Care Act still has some issues to work on, but many steps succeeded and that is why it has been implemented during Obamas term.…

Michael Jordan is considered to be the most iconic person in sports history. Throughout his professional career Jordan built the blueprint to which all elite sports figures are critiqued. In 2002, a young man named Lebron James made headlines as he received the hype of being the next Michael Jordan. After Lebron's first seven seasons in the NBA, the similarities to Michael Jordan are striking, but a viable case could be made that the two basketball superstars are completely different as well.…

Macbeth, let alone any shakespeare play, would be difficult to portray because so many people have different opinions about the the scene should be. Shakespeare's does not make this challenge any easier because he sets it up so the reader/viewer can make some interpretations his/herself. These two portrayals of Macbeth, the Kenneth Branagh and the Mel Gibson version, are extremely opposite to one another. Of course they still tell the story of Macbeth, but there is much controversy over who did it better. Personally, I think the Mel Gibson version was better for a few reasons. These include the scene's intensity, setting, and special effects.…
