The Marketing Mix is a business tool used in marketing and by marketing professionals. The marketing mix is often crucial when determining a product or brand's offering, and is often synonymous with the four P’s: price, product, promotion, and place; in service marketing, however, the four Ps have been expanded to the Seven P’s (Product, Price,Place ,Promotion ,People ,Process ,Physical Evidence) to address the different nature of services.

THE MARKETING MIX OF FEDERAL BANK OF INDIA
HISTORY:
The history of Federal Bank dates back to the pre-independence era. Though initially it was known as the Travancore Federal Bank, it gradually transformed into a full-fledged bank under the able leadership of its Founder, Mr. K P Hormis. The name Federal Bank Limited was officially announced in the year 1947 with its headquarters nestled on the banks on the river Periyar.
