FINAL DIVORCE DECREE THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before the Court upon the Wife’s Complaint for Divorce, and the Husband’s Counter Complaint for Divorce, and the Court having scheduled a Final Hearing for June 17, 2012, and the parties and their respective counsel having appeared before the Court on said date, and the parties having established residency during the Final Hearing, and the Court being otherwise fully advised the premises finds that:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this action.
2. Based on the sworn testimony presented and the previous documents filed, both parties are residents of Suffolk County for 10 years and 6 months, which satisfies the residency requirements of the State of Massachusetts.
3. Neither party is a member of the Armed Forces.
4. The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken within the meaning of the law and neither marriage counseling nor any further delay of entry of any Final Judgment would serve any useful or worthwhile purpose.
5. The parties entered into a valid oral Stipulation and Agreement as freely and voluntarily confirmed on the record on June 17, 2012.
6. The parties were each represented throughout this action by independent legal counsel of their choice; it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the bonds of matrimony between the Wife, Patty Bean, and the Husband, David Bean, shall be and the same are hereby dissolved.
2. The parties shall have shared parental responsibility for their two minor children to wit: DAVID BEAN JR. (DOB 06/05/2004), currently age eight (8) and PATRICIA BEAN (DOB
