Executive Summary
Anointed Hands Massage will be a place where people will come to receive tranquil massages in the Mid-Town Atlanta area. The type of service being provided is therapeutic massage. The massage modalities that will be offered are Swedish massage and Stone therapy massage. At Anointed Hands Massage, clients will be able to pick and choose the time frame from thirty minutes to one hour and thirty minutes with the service of their choice and the prices are reasonable for clients to continue to come back. Clients today are not able to go on luxury vacations because of the economy. Now, when people have vacation days from their jobs, they go somewhere close and affordable. Anointed Hands Massage is the closest to having a luxury get-a-way because it’s a place for relaxation and the price is reasonable. They are able to leave a tip as well as come back to receive massage at the same location. The price strategy that will be used is market penetration. The prices at Anointed Hands Massage start low to drive higher sales volume and will allow more clients to come in for longer massage sessions. Word of mouth is the best advertising for Anointed Hands Massage. Meeting people and talking with them is far more effective than place an ad in a newspaper. This not only save Anointed Hands Massage money, but also the word gets out quicker. The goal of Anointed Hands Massage is to provide services to clients who are in need of relaxation.
