Period 1 In a perfect world everything works out. Unfortunately we don’t live in a perfect world so throughout my path to success after high school my plan will change. After high school I plan to move with my mom down to
Florida and take the year off from any schooling. My plan entails this for one reason, in order to gain instate tuition in the state of Florida you have to show residency in the state before your junior year or take a year off after high school and show residency for one year. During my year off I plan to go on a nationwide trip with my friend. On this trip we plan to stop and visit every professional baseball stadium in the country. We have already started separate savings account for this trip. In each city we stop in we also plan to volunteer somewhere whether it is a boys and girls club or a homeless shelter. After our vacation I plan on applying to the
University of Florida, University of South Florida, University of Miami, and
University of Central Florida. My dream school is the University of Florida.
I have already visited the campus twice and loved it more each time. It would be a dream come true to be accepted and attend the University of
Florida. Assuming I do get accepted into UF (I have all the requirements) I will get my masters in sports management. During my attendance at UF I would love to get an internship with a professional sports team. After college I would love to be hired into a professional sports team (baseball, football, or basketball) and work my way up through the organization. I would love to be a scout. My dream job is a General Manager. A general manager in a sports organization is the guy that signs, trades, and drafts players. Of course this job entails more than just that. I would like to go into a football team instead of baseball or basketball but I will take what i can get! If the general manager job doesn’t work out my second choice would be to become a
