This often happens to mostly poor quality teachers who are not open to other opinions and comments. Teachers tend to reject students' ideas, and many times they mentally force students to interest in something they might not like or agree. Teachers are responsible that students begin to lose focus on their education because they do not respect students' rights. It is very common for new teachers to teach based on their basic knowledge and not on what they should teach. Many times the poor quality of teachers can be misinterpreted, and wrongly are known as "cool teachers" by mostly high school and college students. More chill and less lecture are what students like. For students those teachers are the best because their classes are not tougher and complicate as old masters do. One issue has been very common in schools, due to the lack of staff in schools, districts are hiring unprepared personnel to cover all areas of education. Many of new teachers who are inside of a classroom don not still have their credentials which includes many of part time teachers too. Every teacher should have all their credentials and training done before being hired. This, would help to dismissed little by little those poor quality teachers. Good instructors should get a higher payment than those who do not put minimum effort on their job. Although, there are concerns from part time teachers who get low annual payment from those who are full time employed. They do not agree that higher level teachers get a more generous salary than they do. Consequently, some part time teachers are a little upset because they think that is not fair, they wonder what full time teachers do, that they don't however, that is what is correct.
