The stomach stores, breaks down and churns the food, before moving into the small intestine.
Enzymes and acids in the small intestine further break down the food.
As it continues down through Maya’s body, the different nutrients in the foods are broken down and absorbed.
The spaghetti consists of starch which is a form of carbs.
