✓ Consult your Guide form time to time, as well as whenever necessary, carry out suggested changes by your guide and then proceed for next step.
✓ Do take signatures of your project guide as required on your progress report sheet.
✓ Do not include in the report the text printed in the BLUE INK, these are simply instructions or guidelines to be used while preparing the report.
✓ Work regularly with commitment and ensure you are following Project Report Activity Completion Schedule and avoid last minutes hustle.
✓ Plagiarism will be taken seriously and may lead to one year suspension and repeat of the project.
SCHEME OF THE PORJECT REPORT
Note : - Three hard embossed copy of project report must be submitted the date prescribed by the institution.
FORMAT OF THE PROJECT REPORT
PAPER : A4 SIZE TYPING – TIMES NEW ROMAN
FONT : HEADING 14, BODY – 12.
MARGINS - TOP – 35MM , RIGHT -20MM, LEFT-35 MM, BOTTOM – 20 MM
• Binding of the report
The project should be hard bound with spiral Binding as per the standard format
• Before submission:
Students must sign Declaration and Acknowledgment before putting for the Signature
The contents shall follow the preliminary pages and must clearly indicate the serial number, title of the chapter, section, sub-section and page numbers. The report should contain the following.
PRELIMINARY PAGERS
I. Acknowledgements. II. Executive Summary/ Abstract (Not more than 300 words) III. List of figures (Note that all figures should carry a figure number & title) IV. List of Tables (Note that all Tables should carry a Table number & title) V. List of Charts (Note that all Charts should carry a Chart number & title) VI.
