Introduction

I. Background of the Study

The researchers’ aim is to apply a few principles of Mechanics that relates to motion, with the principles of Electronics and test its compatibility with each other. We have come up with a Motion Calorie Indicator because we have seen that this will be a help to people who is working out with their body figures. There is no doubt that eating is a necessity to people, but we forget that in doing, as such, has also disadvantages. Sometimes, the food we desire the most are food that contains High-calorie that will cause too much fats in our body. If we are not aware or careful with our diet, there is a tendency that more fats will enter our body. In that case, too much fat (specially, when a person is not engage with a proper diet and exercise) will clog into our veins. If that happens, the blood flowing through our veins will not flow very well through the streams.

“Food produces hormonal effects in the body. Some hormones say ‘Store that fat’; others say ‘build muscle.’ Study after study shows that diets based on the same amount of Calories, but different proportions of fat, protein and carbohydrates, result in different amounts of weight loss.”

The contribution of Mark Hymans article is to make people aware that all calories are not the same just because the calorie amount is the same. Different food affects our bodies differently which is important to know due to the new interest in fitness and health because people that are new to eating healthy could believe the saying that it is calories in and calories out that matter. Additionally there are many apps that help you count calories that is easy to use but it is hard to change a addiction to sugar or your eating habits which could result in people counting calories while eating the same food as they used to but only smaller portions to avoid getting out of their comfort zone or due to lack of knowledge about nutrition. If people continue to eat food that spikes their blood sugar or insulin they will not get the results they want and miss out on the nutrients that are in the food that they suppose to eat…

The incredibly complicated and confusing question of what we humans should eat in order to be maximally healthy is a huge problem that lingers in our every day lives. In recent discussions of nutrition, a controversial issue has been whether obesity is determined by the food industry or the way we eat. In this day and age, there are many different debates on what one can do to eat healthier and make better decisions in regard to diet. Many people have proposed their own theories and advice on beginning a healthier lifestyle, such as Mary Maxfield and Michael Pollan.…

Many Americans can tell you what components make up their food. Looking at a nutrition facts label, they can tell you the content of fat, carbohydrate, and protein in the foods they eat. Many participate in low carbohydrate dieting, one of the most popular diets around. It can be confusing for the 65% of United States adults who are considered obese and everyone else to figure out what constitutes proper nutrition (Last & Wilson, 2006).…
