Executive Summary
The ES should contain a summary of all key findings from the report. Although it appears at the beginning of the report, it can only be written once all other sections are complete.
The ES should be structured using full sentences and paragraphs and not dot points. However, to illustrate what should be covered dot points have been used within the sample.
Identify industry trends, e.g. size and growth of the industry.
Identify the company that will be the focus of your report.
Identify the major competitors.
List the macro and micro forces/actors that are relevant within the report.
Summarize the three levels of your specific product.
Identify the target market for the specific product.
List the recommendations within the report.
