She pities her. In line 20 to 25 she expresses how Medea is hurt from Jason's lies and how she wishes things would be different. The nurse says “My poor Medea” showing her sympathy to her.
The nurse fears Medea in lines 43 to 50 on page 69 she expresses how she thinks that Medea may hurt someone in vain to the Tutor. She also says that Medea must be watched closely since she's agitated and all over the place.

He thinks Medea is foolish in lines 62 he calls her a “Poor fool” this is because she's nonstop whining but hasn't even heard the latest news that's worse.

He knows that she is hurt and having that to motivate her, she could do the unthinkable.
He also thinks she is persuasive and almost manipulative by convincing him to let her stay one more day before exiling her.

He thinks Medea is to dramatic and over exaggerates the fact that she helped him in the Argo expedition; Jason said that it also benefited her. (line 560-562)
Also he thinks she’s crazy by not accepting his help instead she is crying in her room. He also thinks this when she kills their own children and her reason was just to bring suffering.

Messenger
The messenger think she is ruthless when he comes in with the news of the princess death in lines 1145 he says the great pin she is bringing to the family and how terrible it was of her to do such thing no matter how much pain, and how much wrong Jason did her.
He also thinks shes gone mad being able to kill innocent people without any remorse; he expresses this in his speech to her on the how the events occurred.
