The youths always feel like being as fashionable as their favorite film actors or actress. They often feel like copying the hairstyle that their favorite television actor and sports person has. I am sure some of the girls among us have often made attempts to walk like some famous ramp models. I am sure some of us guys have always wanted to wear what some of the top actors of the industry do! And now, if someone says the media does not influence him, it’s totally wrong. Media influences him and plays a very important role in the formation of him. Now the youth does as he sees of current era in media and his formation is changing, the same as he does and thinks.
There are a lot of positive things in media. The youth get a lot of information from the media. He watches the television and sees the celebrities; most of fans follow what his ICON says. We see Amitabh Bachchan bringing awareness about Polio Drops and The entire Indian cricket team trying to bring awareness on HIV etc., as it is more appealing. Since every individual depends on some media or the other for the latest News and updates this is the best way to bring awareness in the society.
