Medical Assistant Learning Style
Medical assistants should be patient and understand that everyone doesn't learn at the same pace, and it takes a little longer for people to really understand something so foreign to them. Teaching a patient information about healthcare, bills, treatment plans, and medical records could be challenging, but the medical assistant can use their form of a learning style to transfer and provide information to the patient in a quick and easy way. To avoid the clash of learning styles, medical assistant should provide a balanced learning experience. For example, the medical assistant may be a visual learner, but the patient might be a verbal leaner, which in turn means the medical assistant can provide both a visual, and verbal learning experience
