Private doctor offices are popping up everywhere as the need for more health care workers increase. When working in a private office your workload can be very heavy being that there might only be one to two coders employed. High-paying workplaces for certified coders included hospital (inpatient and outpatient) and large workplaces. But with working in both private offices and hospitals comes long work hours and being away from your family. Having the option to work from home is one of the main reason I chose to pursue a career as a Medical Reimbursement and Coding Agent. Not having to commute to an office everyday will save money and also saves time that can be used actually working. It also gives me the ability to make my own work hours so that my family time is no longer scheduled around my work schedule.
