Drug Name: Adcirca (Tadalafil)
Tadalafil relaxes muscles and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body.
Side Effects: Redness or warmth in your face, neck, or chest; cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, or sore throat; headache; memory problems; diarrhoea, upset stomach; or muscle pain, back pain.

If you have pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw, call your doctor right away. You could be having a serious side effect of Tadalafil.

Serious side effects occur: Changes in vision or sudden vision loss; ringing in your ears, or sudden hearing loss; chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling; irregular heartbeat; shortness of breath, swelling in your hands or feet; seizure (convulsions); feeling light-headed, fainting.

Drug Name: Advicor

Also called nicotinic acid, is a B vitamin (vitamin B3). It occurs naturally in plants and animals, and is also added to many foods as a vitamin supplement.

Side Effects: headache, mild dizziness; diarrhoea, mild nausea, stomach pain or indigestion; mild skin rash; back pain; flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling); or cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat.

Call your doctor at once if you have the following serious side effects.

Serious side effects occur: unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness; confusion, memory problems; fever, unusual tiredness, and dark coloured urine; chest pain, extreme dizziness, feeling like you might pass out; swelling, weight gain, urinating less than usual or not at
