The business manager for MedTech Pharmaceuticals should closely analyze the current incentives the company provides for the employees. It seems the company thinks the 100% sales commission should be enough of an incentive for the employees to generate more sales (Johnston & Marshall, 2010). This way of thinking from the business manager is the reason sales are not where they should be with this newly founded company.
