MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

WHEREAS the Employer is desirous that certain Works should be constructed, viz Contract Name …………………………………………………………………………. ………………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………. and has accepted the services of the Project Engineer for the design, production of drawings and supervision of construction Works and completion of such Works only.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH as follows:

1 The following documents shall be deemed to form and be read and construed as part of this Agreement. (a) The Design Drawings of steel shed and bases (b) The Site Instructions

2 In consideration of payments to be made by the Employer to the Project Engineer, the Project Engineer agrees to design, supervise and complete the Works.

3 The Employer hereby agrees to pay the Project Engineer the amount of
US$ 3,000.00 (Three thousand United States dollars only) in consideration of the design, supervision and completion of the Works at the times and in the manner stipulated below.
Three instalments, (a) first instalment of US$ 2,000.00 (Two thousand United States dollars) advance payment (b) second instalment of US$ 500.00 (Five hundred United States dollars) upon approval of drawings by the Local Authority (c) thirdly US$500.00 for site visit to be made

4 The above Engineering fees are based on the estimated Project value of US$25,000.00, then, if the project cost exceeds the estimated value of US$25,000.00, it follows that the Engineering fees will be 12% of the new Project value
