Saphay is currently responsible for 35 cases which consist of children between age 5 to 17 years old. School staff, parents, or mandated by court order are example of how children are referred to Long Beach API MHC. Mental Health issues that Saphay has been helping children with are Adjustment Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Mood Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and ADHD.
