Merbatty's case
Hi all,
For several days of investigating our GBC scenario and also case study, I can shortlist some of issuses we need to solve and find our the recommendation. I will follow the template of report to show them up:

ISSUES:
1. New design supplier for Surania - Merbatty’s new boat building facility :
+ COOPER DESIGN.
+ ARABIAN INTERIOR.
We need to discuss the major factors to consider in choosing “WHICH SUPPLIER “.
Use the scenario almost and some outdoor research such as demographic impacts, finances…
2. “Racing boat” plan – an ambition of Jesper – Alberto’s son : + Jesper has calculated the cost ( in the scenario showed up ). + Alberto still dismayed. We need to count how many extra P-3000s Merbatty would have to breakeven over the 2 years and our assessment of the risks and benefits of the idea .
Use the case study to account and analyse : Appendix 1, 2 and the analysis of Jesper in the scenario
Note:
Ignore taxation.
Staff working in normal time.
The fee allocates on per unit basis.
3. Sales staff : the proposal to employ sales staff as oppose to agents
+ Stefan Gil : not agree.
+ Marie Lopp: need to apply it.
We need to provide an objective view, dealing with all specific points raised by Stefan and Marie and give them a few specific actions to recommend.

4. Late delivery of a hull from TOPCREST
We need to assess the various options open to the board including the two mentioned in the scenario.
