We currently have a total of 49 students in the living certificate program. The girls fees are much lower than the boys because our school is an all girl’s school, the boys are only accepted in the living certificate program. The fees differ depending on the sex of the student and if the student is full or part time. Girls who are undertaking the program full time the cost is £2000 per term, full time boy £2500 per term, Part time Girls are charged a fee of £1500 per term ,boys who are undertaking the part time program are charged a fee off £2000 .We have recently started giving school scholarship to students who wish to join the living certificate program, this year we have accepted a some of five students each from a less privileged background to join the program. All departments are are responsible for their own budget, most subjects have the same budget every month this may vary during the school calendar year. Mercy Sisters spends a lot of money on its academic department, they train the best teachers to teach students this is to ensure that all students pass the school year at Honours level and get the certificate to go forward with their education.
This graph represents money that is spent in each academic department monthly. This excel Spread sheet represents students attendance, teachers from all subjects have graded their students attendance this ,if a student’s gets 50% or less a letter will be sent home and parents will be called in for a meeting. This system is set up to discipline students this will teach them the importance of being punctual, by missing out I classes students miss out on important work which will help them in future when it is time to sit exams, missing school or skipping class will result in low grades.
I used the IF statement to calculate the students attendance.
