Introduction:

In the current society people are always in a rush they have busy life and don’t take time to settle and this applies to everything even to fulfilling their physiological needs and more particularly eating.
Restaurants are based on a simple concept that is serving food to people who are gathered to have a good time. Restaurants have always been existing but they had to adapt to the constantly changing society and this is how Fast-food restaurants were created. Fast food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly. While any meal with low preparation time can be considered to be fast food, typically the term refers to food sold in a restaurant or store with preheated or precooked ingredients, and served to the customer in a packaged form for take-out/take-away.
With this case we’re going to focus on Japanese food and more precisely on sushi which is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice combined with other ingredients, usually raw fish or other seafood
We have been asked to analyze Metro Sushi which is a sushi shop that is located in the Atwater Metro Station, in the heart of downtown Montreal. This is to aid in creating suggestions to strategically market the possible new Metro Sushi located in the Guy Concordia Metro Station. It is wise to note that this location is still unknown.

SWOT analysis for its business model:

This part is to examine the situation of this business by presenting its major strengths and weaknesses in an internal analysis. Then the external environment the company partakes in looking at the opportunities within the given market and the threats it could be face. By considering these factors Metro Sushi will be able to make improvements moving forward with their business
