Mexican Proverb Analysis

Both of my parents are Mexican & even though I was born and partially raised in the US I still identify more with the Mexican culture.

Mexican Proverb-

“No por mucho madrugar se amanece mas temprano.” This proverb literally translates to “Not by waking up early ,the sun rises faster.” The emphasis of this saying is that many of us constantly try to finish tasks fast by rushing to them and as a result you don't necessarily always end up doing them the right way. Personally I think this proverb focuses on the Mexican values that overall is somewhat conformist. Another prover that I constantly hear is :

“Cuando te toca ,te toca y cuando no ni aunque te pongas” it basically translates to “When is your time is the right time & when is not
