Mexico is located on the continent of North America.It is surround by water on two of its sides.Those to bodies of water are called The Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Mexico is also neighbored be three countries. Guatemala and Belize are on the Southern border and the United States of America is on its northern border.
Mexico’s population in 2013 was 122.3 million people. The capital is Mexico City, it is also one of the most popular places in Mexico. It is also one of the oldest capital city in America. In fact, Mexico City was originally built on Lake Texcoco. Mexico’s form of government is Republic of federated states. Their main language is Spanish.

to deep canyons in the center of the country.On the other hand was just deserts in the North side, and then dense rain forests in the East side of Mexico. Mountains cover a lot of this country. These regions are rich with valuable metals like silver and copper.
Few nations support as many plant and animal species as Mexico does.
In Northern Mexico, deserts are full of plants and animals that have found ways to survive in harsh environments. On the West coast, gray whales swim thousands of miles each year from Alaska to breed in the waters off Baja California. On the East side, the rain forests and coastal wetlands are home to thousands of tropical plants and animals like jaguars and birds.
Throughout its history, Mexico has been home to great artists. The Maya and other Indians made impressive murals, sculptures, and jewelry. Modern Mexican artists include great painters, photographers, sculptors, and muralists. Mexicans take sports seriously there is no playing for fun. In ancient times, losers of a ritual ball game were once put to death. In some dangerous sports, like bullfighting and rodeos they are still putting their lives on the line.
Mexico is known to be a great country. It has problems but has great potential. They are rich in natural resources, like oil,silver, copper, and agricultural products. But, political and economic failings have kept much of the population in poverty. The Mexico-United States border is the largest economic divide on Earth. For many Mexicans, the best chance for a better life lies in the United States. Hundreds of thousands of Mexicans come to the U.S., legally and illegally, each year in search of
work.
