Abstract
Cultural Tastes is a multicultural cuisine inspired restaurant that has over 20 locations spread out over the United States. Currently each individual division has been able to interview and select new employees based off of what is best for them. By doing this, the company has run into a few legal snags because of the range of questions that have been asked during the interview process. Cultural Tastes would like to uniform the interview process for all of its facilities. In the following pamphlet, there will be a list of questions that could be used to interview for the position of Assistant Manager. The first 13 questions will be legal and ethical questions that can be asked during the interview process. There will also be a summary of types of questions that should not be asked during this process due to legal or ethical implications.
