Everyday approximately 98 ,000 employees in more that 150 countries work to discover , develop , manufacture and deliver quality , safe and effective prescription medicines to the masses Pfizer has a broad portfolio , with strengths in the areas of cardiovascular disease , central nervous system diss , inflammatory disease , metabolic diss , infectious diseases and oncology
This business plan represents a comprehensive internal strategy to assist in addressing the areas of opportunity currently not being explored in to improve internal business operations . This strategy depends on cooperation from all departments within Pfizer 's organizational structure . The five essential components of this plan are organizational structure , financial strategies , operational framework , vertical integration and diversification .
