Mi Casita Compared To Working In My Mom's Restaurant

Working at the family restaurants can be entertaining, and at the same time stressful. Working in my Dads restaurant Mi casita compared to working in my Mom's restaurant Mayan is like day and night. They decided to have their restaurants because their type of management is different. My dad loves to joke around with the customers heavily and is stricter with his employees. Compared to my Mom who likes to treat customers and employees like family and loves to talk.
A night working at Mi Casita can be so stressful, and at the same time entertaining. The main reason why working at Mi casita is so different is because of my Dad. His management skills are the reason the restaurant has been there for nine years, but how he manages the restaurant is what sets him apart from my Mom. His relationship with the customers is more significant than the one with his family. The jokes that he says can be so embarrassing; he also likes to make fun of my brothers and me. There
Everything is so organized and easy to access. Employees hardly ever argue and are always very respectful towards everyone. Compared to my Dad, Mom never screams at her employees and jokes heavily with the customers. Mom is way more organized than him is the aspect of scheduling and dealing with the bills. She is that more organized than my Dad that she still does all the paperwork for Mi casita and Mayan. She is always on top of the game by helping the waiters and waitresses just like Dad, but the difference is how they do it. Mom talks to them like if they were her kids always ask if they need help with anything. The reason why she can do all this without losing her cool like Dad is because Mayan is never as busy like Mi Casita. If Mayan, where ever as busy like Mi casita I don't think the restaurants would be very different from each other.
