Mice: Why Do People Not Exercise?
New studies have been found that mice expose to a common chemical that is found in cosmetic and personal care products. Also, another mystery is that mice are less likely to exercise as an adult. Mice are obviously not people; these findings raise the possibility of exposures to toxins in our environment. We all know that people should improve their health but, most of the community never tries to work out. Why do people not exercise? That is the question from many scientist and their interest in this is very high. Scientist has begun to wonder how your early stages of life and if that within the mother’s womb could lead to changes to her baby. If the mother exercises a lot during her pregnancy that it might increase her baby’s interest in working out. New studies will appear soon about the exercise behaviors and phthalates of a mother through her pregnancy. Phthalates are found in many products that we use just about every day. After they gave birth they were provided running wheels so they could exercise as much as they please. As the scientist checked their data, they found that the male mice had lower levels of testosterones than other animals in their young stages of life. The exposed females developed low estrogen levels and other reproductive abnormalities that produced a desire to sit for most of the day. This could affect lifelong physical activity. Even though, there are many questions unanswered it’s a good idea to try to avoid endocrine disrupters as much as possible. My opinion is that people are not healthy they should try their best to get their selves healthy. Pregnant women should do their best to keep their health where it’s as before they got pregnant. It is important to keep healthy do their baby is healthy too. I don’t think that if the mother exercises while she is pregnant will increase the desire for the baby to do the
