Tidy the spreadsheet for copying
To draw Borders
Highlight sheet > Home > Font > Borders icon > All borders
Rounding the numbers
Home > Number > Increase/decrease decimal icon. Round Seasonally Adjusted Data and Forecast sensibly. Round others to 3 dp
Adjusting Column widths
Adjust column widths so unused space is minimised. Click and drag line between columns (or double click the line)
If long headings are making some columns very wide, highlight the heading row and Wrap Text (Under Alignment on Home))
Now copy your spreadsheet to your word document (your report?)

Open your Word document and scroll to (or insert) a new page.
Paste
To Fit to the page
If some of the spreadsheet is off the page, right click on the little box at the top left of the table (move the mouse around a bit). The table will be highlighted.
Layout > Auto Fit > To Window
If the spreadsheet is still not tidy, go to Home > Font > Reduce Font icon (the smaller A) and click until the spreadsheet is nicely on the page and printing is still easily readable.

To Copy the graph
Click in the white space round the graph
Copy
Go to the next page of your report document (or insert a new page)
Paste Special > Windows Metafile
To make the graph a full page
First rotate the graph
Click on the Graph (Word Document)
Go to Format > Rotate right 90º (Rotate is in the Arrange area)
Now enlarge it
Format > Text Wrapping > In Front (Text Wrapping is in the Arrange area)
Click and drag the bottom left corner to fill as much of the page as possible.
You can move the whole graph around the page by clicking inside the graph and dragging.
