For me I almost need to be told exactly what to do to actually do it. I really liked the seven-step path and will definitely implement it in my daily life. The step I liked the most, no big surprise, was # 1 stop and think. This is my biggest issue and really creates a lot of unneeded stress in my life. I tend to not think of what I say and especially when I am mad I really say things I shouldn’t. Michael broke it down in a way that created empathy with me, almost as if he cares for me and wants me to be the best I can be.
