In this essay I will discuss ways that Microsoft office suites such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are used to support various environments. Microsoft Office is essential in everyday life because it can be a tool for many purposes in everyday life. You can use the complete office suite to accomplish many task that you have set forth to complete. Microsoft Word is used in many professions. Companies use word for letters, memos, flyers, important announcements, and any internal or external communication. (Microsoft at Home). Word can be used at home to make weekly chore list, schedules for the children’s day to day activities and it can even be used to make signs around the house. Excel for spreadsheets, mathematical functions and so much more. Microsoft Excel is used to create spreadsheets in a company or mathematical functions.
