Purpose of Study
In the article, the purpose of the study is to test and evaluate the behavioral variation among the middle-aged and elderly people. The research also identifies the benefits and barriers associated with universal factors of health variables. Partial correlation and intervention were used during the research to enhance self-efficacy of health-promoting behavior that would influence healthy living adaptation by everyone (Arras, Ogletree, & Welshimer, 2006). The study also focuses on the significant differences between various gender health factors. In addition, the study investigates the factors that accelerate men mortality rate, especially interaction and behavioral dissimilarity.

Random samples were reviewed for data collection accuracy through calculations and statistical approaches. Interviews were used to collect data regarding race and marital status. With multiple regression analysis, a precise variance is reached from the independent variables while as simple regression coefficient gives the personal factors and behaviors relationship.
Major Conclusions
The article concludes that the variation of health-promotion behavior is addressed by use of HPM by putting across logics that may help identify health disparities. Accordingly, independent and dependent variables are determined to promote men’s health at middle age.
Theoretical Framework The theoretical framework strengthens the study by perceiving various measures of healthy living among middle-aged and aging men. It also identifies the characteristics like gender and age that greatly impacts the healthy behavior of an individual. Pender (2011) gives a limelight of the framework on self-efficacy that help develop behavior change thus, increasing the effectiveness of health-promoting
