Data obtained will support a commitment to improving leadership training within the UPS MidSouth and likewise improve succession planning. Segmentation and survey data will be used to provide insight into Leadership University training. The characteristics of employees and segmentation data collected will assist targeting specific individuals and segments for Leadership University training. Additionally, obtaining current and former employee data using actual employee records. Survey data targeted to analyze leadership characteristics, will additionally support leadership and succession planning research topics. The survey will gain insight into current leadership characteristics already established, and the characteristics absent within the MidSouth District …show more content…
Does leadership qualities found in project research resonate with what MidSouth sales professionals seek within a leader?
-Gain data on the perceived strengths and weaknesses that exist within the MidSouth leadership team. Attributes that current sales professionals and leadership must improve to be successful in succession planning.
-Survey respondents using ranking and rating of the top leadership principles of great leaders.
-Understanding the popular outlet’s employees engage in self-development.
-Insight into the preferred technique of training for employees to engage and learn while taking part in leadership training.
-Using statistical analysis will verify the sample size that supports the hypothesis testing surveying the population. Correlation and multiple regression testing should provide segment insights for narrowing survey data recollection for leadership training (Mirabella, 2011). Using statistical hypothesis testing limits the number of employees that must submit survey
