Mike Pence Persuasive Speech

I would select Vice President Elect Mike Pence to speak at Gonzaga’s Presidential Speaker Series because of his steadfast views on abortions. He has made countless headlines in his attempts to defund Planned Parenthood, pass the Pence Amendment, and enforce restrictions on abortions in Indiana as Governor. Mike Pence’s clear mission is to protect the unborn, something our society finds very controversial. I believe his fight for pro-life shows his commitment to social justices, and in turn, will inspire my generation to make a stand for the unborn.
