Study shows that the millennials are the generation with many race diversities, therefore I believe that the millennials learned to respect the differences in the people and admire as who they are. According to PewResearch, “Millennials in Adulthood” states that compare with the older generation, most majority of millennials support the same sex marriage. That shows millennials are the generation with social acceptance. Also, the millennials are the free minded and does what they like. For example, in the article “Generation Nice” written by the Sam Tanenhaus, Tanenhus states the statistics “‘Almost two-thirds (64 percent) of millennials said they would rather make $40,000 a year at a job thy love than $100,000 a year at a job they think is boring.’” If I was asked the same question, I would choose to do something I love over earn more money by doing something that I do not like because what is the reason behind earning more money when you are not happy with what you do. He is currently attending college and working as a part-time soccer coach.
