Firstly each individual communicated effectively to draw together each of our experiences of working within a group.
We discussed our strengths and weaknesses, then each created an individual PowerPoint presentation.
All members of the group assisted each other to create the presentations ready to be presented in class.
Organisation structure task
The group firstly discussed options for new employees for Hole in the Wall.
After much discussion and analysis, the group came to the conclusion to add a sales manager to Hole in the Walls organisation structure to look after and control the sales staff.
After deciding which Hole in the Wall member to employ, a new organisational structure was drawn up by the overall group.
This was then transferred to a PowerPoint presentation, ready to present to the class.
