PURPOSE OF MEETING:
The meeting was convened to harmonize the requirements needed to commence the construction of the 3 classroom blocks and 1 science block to be donated to Odogunyan Junior High School, Ikorodu, Lagos.
HIGHLIGHTS:
The following resolutions were taken between OMEL ENERGY NIGERIA LIMITED and Ministry Of Education in the course of discussion; 1. Ministry of Education, Lagos state confirmed that the approved prototype class room building be adopted for construction of the 3 standard classroom blocks(with 4 classroom in each block fully furnished) and construction of one equipped science laboratory for the school.
2. Ministry of Education, Lagos state shall obtain and provide building plan approval permit as well as building construction permit at their cost 3. Ministry of Education, Lagos State shall provide a site engineer for daily supervision and compliance to specification in accordance to the program of work by the contractor. This service is at the Ministry of education cost. 4. The proposed classroom block should be designed for 50 students as per Lagos state
